Rachel Scott was the first student killed at Columbine High School in 1999. Her story has transformed businesses, schools, and communities with a simple but profound message. EAPA's 2013 opening keynote presentation provides an inspiring example of how small, deliberate acts of kindness and acceptance start a chain reaction of compassion that empowers us to positively affect the climate of our workplaces, schools, and communities. Rachel's Challenge exists to equip and inspire people to replace acts of violence, bullying, and negativity with acts of respect, kindness, and compassion.
