Description
Keeping the scientific publishing process ethical is in everyone's best interest, from scientists to peer reviewers, from editors to publishers.
Publishers, academic institutions, government and nonprofit organizations all put forth an enormous effort to set formal criteria and clear guidelines for authors, reviewers and publishers. Adhering to these guidelines is essential to ensure ethical publishing practices.
This event will offer the viewpoint of the scientist, the publisher, the editor and the ethics bodies involved in the process. Each will present their unique perspective and discuss challenges they are facing as well as solutions that are being offered.
