Abstract
Acquisitions are complex endeavors that test even experts experienced in the subject matter. The authors' previous article, "Mergers & Acquisitions: A Neglected Area of EAP Literature" (2013) provided foundational information concerning the multiple intricacies of the M & A process. This article focuses largely on the perspectives of the seller and the buyer, with some key background information presented first.
