Description
Announcement of a new documentary featuring an update on 5 participants in UMB’s CURE Scholars Program. Entitled “Eighth Grade: From West Baltimore”, the film will air on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018 on Maryland Public Television. The original documentary introducing the 5 CURE Scholars was entitled “From West Baltimore” and was nominated for an Emmy Award by the National Capital Chesapeake Bay Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
