Description
In 1993, WFC Resources began to publish monthly two-page Trend Reports about their efforts, seeking out and writing about not only what leading employers were doing, but also the dollars and sense justification they were finding for the extra time and effort.
That justification was not difficult to find; reducing the high cost of unhealthy and stressed employees was reason enough, and study after study began to cement that relationship.
