Letter from Catherine M. Shultz, Acting Secretary of Higher Education to Dr. Bruce E. Jarrell, Senior Vice President and Chief Academic and Research Officer, University of Maryland, Baltimore, approving the School of Nursing’s request of the off-campus offering of the existing of RN to BSN program at the Laurel College Center subject to specific conditions. Additional items include a grant approval to aid in UMB’s efforts to expand the program, a MOU between the UMB and LCC, follow up reports, and a response to CNNE about the implementation.
