Description
Origin and date entirely unknown. Depicts Saint Apollonia holding a martyr's palm in her right hand and dental forceps with an extracted tooth in her left hand. A dove over her left shoulder illuminates her with its spiritual rays. The name "S. Aplonia" is inscribed within the image. Mounted on matboard. Original piece measures 12 X 8 cm.
