Abstract

Dr. Jesse J. Harris graduated from the School of Social Work with a master’s degree in 1971 and again with a PhD in 1976. Dr. Harris joined the faculty of the University of Maryland School of Social Work. He was soon named acting dean and then dean in October 1991.
