Description
In collaboration with Dr. Charlotte Ferencz, M.D. C.M. (McGill), M.P.H. (Johns Hopkins) staff at the Health Sciences and Human Services Library (HSHSL) developed a web site, Congenital Heart Disease: A Public Health Perspective. Dr. Ferencz, a world-renowned expert on the subject, lent her expertise and provided financial support to create the site. Her longitudinal viewpoint of, and lifelong devotion to this topic provided the HSHSL an opportunity to present a valuable resource. It was launched in February 2005 and updated in 2010. It represents a snapshot in time. HSHSL staff who collaborated on the site were Brad Gerhart and Patricia G. Hinegardner.
