Description
The EAP Institute was founded by Maurice Quinlan, who introduced the concept of Occupational Alcoholism Programmes ( OAPs) to the European Union in September 1980. He hosted the first Workshop in the Clarence Hotel, Dublin Ireland. The Institute has provided training in Scotland, London, Switzerland, Italy and Greece.
