Description
Edward J. Small was a former president of the Association of Labor-Management Administrators and Consultants on Alcoholism Inc. and a trustee on the General Service Board of Alcoholics Anonymous Inc. At his death in 1984, he was manager of employee assistance programs for the New York Times, a position he held since 1976.
