Abstract
Hong Kong Christian Service launched the Employee Development Service in 1991. It was the pioneering organization in Hong Kong to introduce the EAP from the United States. Later in 2005 Four Dimensions Consulting Limited was established to fully support employees in dealing with work and life issues, developing strengths and potentials, and increasing their work engagement, in order to ultimately inspire positivity and sustainable development in the workplace.
This document is a celebration of 30 years of services via these agencies of employee assistance services in this region of the world.
